Our amorphous cores are made from Fe-based soft magnetic alloys produced through a rapid solidification process, forming a non-crystalline atomic structure. This disordered atomic arrangement eliminates grain boundaries, resulting in superior soft magnetic properties and high electrical resistivity.

Compared to traditional silicon steel, Fe-based amorphous materials enable significantly reduced core losses and better thermal stability in high-efficiency applications.
